Francis Andrew Rozario is the CEO of Fullerton Financial Holdings. Prior to his current appointment, he was the President Director of Bank Danamon in Indonesia for two years where he spearheaded the successful transformation of the bank into a major all-purpose financial services provider in the local market.

A veteran international banker, Francis was a Citibanker who spent close to three decades with the global financial giant. Beginning his career as a Credit Analyst, he was promoted to Corporate Bank Head at Citibank Dubai. He has also served as the Chief Executive for Citibank in Nigeria, Columbia and Ecuador before joining Citibank in New York as Division Head of Global Relationship Bank for Latin America. Following his position in Citibank New York, he was appointed the Head of Corporate and Investment Bank at Citibank Taiwan in 1993. In his last appointment at Citibank, he was based in London as the Global Head for Commercial and SME Banking, a US $10 billion in assets business for Citigroup. He graduated from Sydenham College, Bombay University in 1974.

G. S. Sundararajan (Sundar) is the Managing Director of Fullerton Enterprises. Before joining Fulerton Enterprises, Sundar was the Head of CitiBusiness - Citibank’s SME and Asset Based Financing business in India. He started his career in Sales with Eicher Motors in India before joining GE Capital India as Head of Credit for Transportation. He was recruited into Citicorp Finance in India in 1997 as its Head of Credit and Business Development. He played a key role in establishing the credit and risk infrastructure for Citicorp’s NBFC business and, in 1999 he developed and established the Equipment Finance Business for Citicorp Finance. He headed the SME / ABF Business between 2003 to 2005.

Tejpal Singh Hora is currently the group head for Risk Management in Fullerton Financial Holdings and has more than 37 years of banking experience, having worked with Citibank for 35 years before joining Fullerton Financial Holdings in October 2003. He was seconded to Bank Danamon Indonesia from October 2003 to February 2005 where he was the Director and Head of Integrated Risk Group. He then returned to Fullerton Financial Holdings in March this year to head the Risk Management function in Fullerton Financial Holdings. Mr. Tejpal Singh Hora has held many senior Risk and Operating positions when he was working with Citibank.

In his career, he has been the Head of Risk for the Private Bank for Asia Pacific, the Head of Risk for most countries in the Asia Pacific for the Corporate and Investment Bank, as well as the Head of Risk for Saudi American Bank, a major affiliate of Citibank. He has lived in 10 countries and has managed risk exposures in over 20 countries.  Mr. Tejpal Singh Hora has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delhi and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Syed Aamir Zahidi is currently the Executive Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development at Fullerton Financial Holdings. He is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the areas of finance as well as corporate and M&A advisory functions. Prior to joining Fullerton Financial Holdings, Aamir was a Managing Director and one of the founding partners of Gulf Banking Consultants Ltd, a boutique investment advisory firm.

Aamir is a Chartered Accountant by training. Following an early career in audit with public accounting firms in London and Bahrain, Mr. Syed Aamir Zahidi joined Saudi American Bank, the Riyadh based Citibank joint-venture, as its CFO. He was later appointed Regional CFO of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and African (CEEMEA) region for Citibank in London. His portfolio was subsequently broadened to include the leadership of Citibank’s M&A activities within the CEEMEA region. His most recent role at Citibank was Head of Financial Sector Private Equity Investments for emerging markets. Based in London, he led Citibank’s effort in initiating a private equity business in the financial services sector. Mr. Syed Aamir Zahidi holds an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Jovasky Pang is currently the head of Small & Medium Enterprises & Commercial Banking at Fullerton Financial Holdings and also a member of Fullerton Financial Holdings management committee. He joined Fullerton Financial Holdings in mid 2004 and was immediately seconded to Bank Danamon in Indonesia to manage their SME & Commercial business. He was responsible for building the SME & Commercial business in Bank Danamon into the leading SME franchise in Indonesia. He has also put together the SME & Commercial business model and helped roll out to Fullerton Financial Holdings - affiliated banks in various markets. He also helped initiate Bank Danamon’s entry into the mass market business and was the architect for its micro-enterprise banking model.

Prior to joining Fullerton Financial Holdings, Jovasky Pang was a senior manager at global consulting firm, McKinsey & Company. He has worked extensively across both developed markets and emerging markets, specializing in financial institutions. A Singaporean national, Jovasky Pang is a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) and a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

Mathew Welch joined Temasek Holdings on 1 Sep 2007 as a Managing Director, in the Investment Group, with a focus on Financial Institutions. Prior to Temasek, Mathew was from Standard Chartered Bank where he was the Global Head of Banks, Client Relationships, managing FI-Banks business throughout Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe and MEPA since 2006. He joined StanChart in 2003 as Regional Head of Financial Institutions, Asia.

Before joining StanChart, Mathew was a Director with Merrill Lynch Investment Banking, FIG - Asia Pacific from 2000, and with ABN Amro Bank as Head of Asia-Pacific Strategy & Acquisition Unit from 1998. From 1993 to 1998, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co’s Financial Institutions practice based in Hong Kong and Singapore, which he left as an Associate Principal. He started his career in 1986 with HSBC, holding various positions in Hong Kong and Thailand. Mathew graduated from Harvard Business School in 1993 as a Baker Scholar; and has an MA in Oriental Studies (Chinese) from the University of Oxford.
